Does it work without internet?
Yes. The mobile app is offline-first: your technicians scan QR codes, fill out reports and sign them with no signal. Everything syncs automatically when the connection comes back, with nothing lost.
How does pricing work and how much does it cost?
We charge by the number of assets you manage, not by users. Technicians, sites and clients are unlimited on every plan. Each plan includes a monthly report quota (Free 25, Starter 250; higher plans unlimited). You pay monthly through Paddle, which invoices in your local currency, and you can cancel anytime.
How many technicians can I add?
As many as you need. We don't charge per user: technicians, admins and sites are unlimited on every plan. You only move up a plan when your number of assets grows.
Is it a fit for my industry?
If you have assets to maintain, yes. Today it's used by hotels, industrial plants, buildings, restaurants, telecom companies and field service teams. Assets, categories and report templates adapt to whatever you manage.
Can the client sign the report?
Yes. The client signs the report right on the phone when the job is done, and a signed PDF is generated with photos, location and the asset's history, ready to share or archive.
Can I manage several companies or sites?
Yes. A single user can belong to several companies and switch between them with one tap. Each company keeps its own assets, sites and reports, fully separated.
Is there a free trial? Do I need a card?
You get a 14-day free trial with no credit card. Create your account, load your assets and use it with your real team. If you decide to continue, you add a payment method; if not, you're never charged.
