Last updated: May 17, 2026

Welcome to Qribo, a product of Grupo CM SRL (corporate ID 3-102-961780, domiciled in San José, Costa Rica). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the software, website, mobile applications, and services provided by Grupo CM SRL through Qribo (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, installing the application, or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Definitions

  • Customer: the natural or legal person who contracts the Service by registering an organization in Qribo.
  • Authorized users: persons whom the Customer allows to access the Service (technicians, administrators, managers).
  • Customer Data: information that the Customer or its Authorized users upload to the Service, including reports, photos, signatures, asset data, and client contacts.

2. Account and registration

To use the Service you must provide truthful information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Plans and billing

Qribo operates under a subscription model with monthly or annual plans. Payment processing is handled through Paddle.com Market Limited, who acts as Merchant of Record and appears as the merchant on your statement.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled beforehand.
  • You can cancel at any time from the Billing section of your account. The cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
  • Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice. The new price applies from the next renewal.
  • Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which includes a 14-day guarantee on the first purchase of each paid plan.

4. Trial period

We offer a 14-day free trial with full access to the paid plans. At the end of the period, you must choose a paid plan or switch to the Free plan (with limitations), or your access to the Service may be restricted.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for illegal activities.
  • Upload content that infringes third-party rights, is offensive, defamatory, or contains malware.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other customers' data, or reverse-engineer the Service.
  • Resell, sublicense, or transfer the Service to third parties without our written consent.

6. Customer Data

The Customer retains all rights to its Data. Qribo receives a limited license to process such Data solely for the purpose of providing the Service, including backups, report generation, and, where applicable, sending copies to contacts designated by the Customer (external clients).

The Customer is responsible for obtaining the necessary consents from the persons whose personal data is processed in the Service (technicians, end clients, etc.).

7. Security

We implement reasonable security measures: encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, authentication with rotating JWT tokens, multi-tenant logical separation, and backups. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee that incidents are impossible.

8. Availability and SLA

We make commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Service available 24/7. Pro and higher plans include availability targets. The Enterprise plan includes a contractual SLA with credits. We are not responsible for interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party providers (AWS, Cloudflare, etc.), or announced scheduled maintenance.

9. Intellectual property

Qribo's software, brand, logos, designs, and documentation are the intellectual property of Grupo CM SRL or its licensors. These Terms grant you no ownership rights over the Service other than the limited license of use described.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate the contract with notice. Qribo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if your account has payments overdue by more than 30 days. After termination, you may export your Data for 60 days.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qribo's total liability under these Terms will not exceed the amounts paid by the Customer in the 12 months prior to the event giving rise to the claim. Qribo will not be liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss.

12. Modifications

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be notified by email or within the Service at least 30 days in advance. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Any dispute will be resolved in the competent courts of San José, Costa Rica, without prejudice to the consumer rights applicable in your jurisdiction of residence.
